Statement
Create a Legal Pathway for DIY Arts and Culture Venues – We’ll create a new small cul- tural venue licence category with risk-based safety requirements and a compliance-first approach that helps operators collaboratively fix problems instead of forcing them to shut down. A dedicated venue navigator will work with small operators to meet those requirements.
