Evergreen Funding for Parks – For four years, Vancouver’s democratically-elected Park Board has endured unprecedented attacks on its authority. OneCity supports our democratic Park Board and will move to empower it with Evergreen Funding, so it can be more insulated from the political whims of City Hall.
