MMIWG2S+ Calls for Justice and sex worker safety 2026 has been one of the deadliest years for sex workers in Vancouver in recent memory. This year, ABC cut funding for Sex Worker Safety Coordinators, a role recommended by Justice Wally Oppal's Missing Women Commission of Inquiry. Greens will restore this funding and continue supporting the safety measures we fought to protect earlier this year, as well as MMIWG2S+ Calls for Justice and Red Women Rising recommendations.
